Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

Note: Gift cards can only be used on our online store. Gift cards cannot be used at our retail partner locations. Gift cards carry no cash value and cannot be refunded.

The Gift Card is a "non-reloadable prepaid" card. Additional funds cannot be added later.

When you make a purchase, the amount is automatically deducted from the card balance. To make a purchase in an amount greater than the available balance, the owner has to pay the margin.

The gift card is transferable to anyone. The one who redeems the card will be considered as the owner. JOHENS® does not examine the ownership of the card under no circumstances and does not comply such requirements.

The gift card cannot be changed to cash. Its amount cannot be transferred to a bank account. The gift card cannot be refunded.
The gift card is not eligible for discounts. The amount of money on the card does not carry interest.
The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of charge. You can use the card during this period. After expiry of the validity, the card cannot be used for purchasing products any more.

By purchasing and using the card, the purchaser and the user of the card accepts these terms and conditions without any further explicit consent.
